As many of you may know, Joey scheduled a livestream on 12/18 to discuss any questions, concerns, or fill in any blanks people may have had about our progress with Wayward Guide thus far! Wayward Guide is not a musical, but will feature an original score by the stellar Chuck Criss (Freelance Whales, Computer Games).

What is the format of the show? Is it a play?
The Wayward Guide for the Untrained Eye is a 10 episode webseries and podcast. Episodes of the show will be like abbreviated episodes of television. You will also be able to listen to the podcast that our main characters, Artemis and Paul, are making in the show for the American Podcasting Network like you would listen to any of your favorite podcasts.
This is not a taped live show like Spies Are Forever or The Solve It Squad Returns.

If I back the project when will my credit card be charged?
Regardless of when you become a backer you are not charged until our Kickstarter campaign ends (9/24).

How can I watch/listen to the Wayward Guide once it's complete?
First off, if the Kickstarter doesn’t get funded no-one will be able to watch/listen to Wayward Guide because we won’t be able to make it. But putting that NIGHTMARE scenario aside, the only way we can guarantee you’ll be able to watch Wayward Guide and listen to the podcast is if you are a backer on Kickstarter.
We’re not exactly sure how the show will be distributed yet. There is the possibility of partnering with a digital platform and releasing through them. It MIGHT finally end up on our YouTube channel down the line, but there is no guarantee.
Again, the only way to definitely experience Wayward Guide is by becoming a backer!

Will there be any “add-ons,” like Wayward Guide Pins? I loovvvveee pins. I have like 87 pins on my jean jacket. And while it makes me look fly as hell I must admit I’m collapsing under the pressure of 5 lbs pulling down on me constantly.
We will be offering “add-on” items on the Kickstarter page, shortly.

I don’t have money to back Wayward Guide right now, but I would like to help in other ways.
You can help us by sharing the Wayward Guide campaign with your friends! If you know anyone who might dig this project or is a fan of any our incredible cast, let them know about it. This is definitely a grassroots campaign and every additional person we can reach helps. Also, following the campaign if your financial situation changes, you will still be able to back the project for some of the Kickstarter reward tiers.

Yes, you can adjust your pledge anytime before the end of the campaign. A great time to give a couple extra dollars is during our livestreams to help us reach fundraising milestones and challenges.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
